After sighting in this barrel with a bore sight laser and my red dot optic it shot severely low and left. Both my son and I, who are experienced shooters, experienced the same thing. After 40 rounds I switched back to the standard barrel and it shot straight and even.
I'm not really sure what would cause that but I won't be using this barrel again. I've now opted to having the original barrel and slide milled for porting.

This Ported Barrel Completely Changed the personality of my S&W Shield Plus. I did not enjoy shooting it prior to making the change to your Ported Barrel. I went to the range today and shot amazing groups with this barrel. Great job you guys!

I tried contacting these guys with various methods but haven't had any luck. I have CA model which has the LCI that sticks out and couldn't find any info about if it was compatible with this standard version barrel. It looks like it would work fine as long as the LCI is removed. I have yet to try it out but will update this review as soon as I find out.

Broke the barrel in today does exactly what I wanted it to do and looks bad ass. Extremely accurate 10 out 10 very happy with this barrel.
