The process of purchasing the barrel was as expected and shipping was relatively fast.  Unfortunately I have had some follow up questions and after many emails, phones calls and social media outreach, have never been able to get in contact with anyone at the company.  The product appears to be good, but customer service for some reason is zero.

Did visual inspection and cleaning.  All looked good.  Loaded 3 mags (2 7-round, 1 6-round) with Winchester factory 357 Sig 125 gr ammo.   First mag had 2 FTFs.  Had to slap bottom of mag to get slide to close.  Second mag had to do that 4 times.  Third mag another person tried to shoot and same FTF.  He palmed the slide shut and “click”.  Slide froze closed on a loaded round.  Huge safety issue.  Rounds that did fire were all over the target.  Mostly to the left.  I shoot left-handed so when I flinch they go right!   Pure junk..don’t waste your money.
