I made my purchase on 3/15, I accidently put in the wrong zip code for my billing address the first try and they put a hold on my credit card for a month(according to credit card company) and my expected delivery was 3/19, and I thought that was pretty decent considering I'm used to Amazon 2 day shipping... Today is 3/22, I have yet to receive my item and when I contacted customer service, they just told me that it was shipped and on the way and basically it's not their problem, call the post master, has anyone ever had any luck doing that? I sure didn't, I have not yet received my item that I was double charged for so I am reasonably unsatisfied with the service, can't really say how the actual product is...
