When the parts kit arrived the striker/firing pin was bent. Have tried to call customer service and only got voice mail. I have left several voice mails and sent messages with pictures and have received no response. I hate being ignored.

I have dealt with Remsport for a long time (first building my match 1911)and have never been let down.    I have also purchased a glock 19 slide.  Fast shipping high quality items.  Don’t hesitate to order. The completion kit for the slide does really require the you have the liner installation tool on hand. Keep that in mind or you will either mess up a tube or cause a delay in your build
